The staff are very nice and dont mind helping out with any questions. The rooms were clean the beds were very comfortable. I don't believe I experienced one bad issue while here. Super 8 in dickson is one of my favorite local hotels I've stayed in.
The room was really nice but we got the Jacuzzi tub in the room and it didn't fill up because the plug didn't fit it properly and I'm assuming they're aware of this but in case they're not- now they are!
Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and really feel very comfortable staying here. The staff is professional and welcoming always. The updates that have been made over the years are awesome. I will continue to stay here on my trips from Wisconsin to Florida twice a year.
Nice clean room. Night manager was Awesome!!! Very friendly and helpful and late check in was a breeze. Breakfast waffle was great! Parking was not good but a construction crew was staying there so was to be expected. Recommend this place.
This hotel is very clean. The daytime staff is super friendly and it's quiet. They have an indoor pool and allow pets for a small daily depisit. I highly recommend if you are on a budget, it's a great value without the compromise on amenities.
I have stayed at this location 2 times and both times was amazing rooms are always clean bed super comfortable and omg I love all the pillows and they are all fluffy not those flat pillows most hotel have. The staff is always so nice and helpful I haven't met one rude staff there. I have not had a chance to check out the pool but plan on doing that my next stay!! Thanks for another stay see y'all in a couple weeks!!
Service was amazing. We were just passing through looking for a place to rest a few hours overnight. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person to work the front desk. Super helpful. Rooms are nice. Basically what you'd expect from a Super 8. Rooms were clean, and hotel is well maintained, as it's going through some renovations. We'd definitely stay again passing through.
